I was advised to try yoga to help manage Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have now been attending regular yoga classes and workshops and practicing daily for more than 25 years.
Yoga helped bring about such an enormous transformation in my health and wellbeing that I decided to put something positive back into what had supported me for many years. I wanted to help others experience the benefits that I had found in yoga and so successfully studied for the British Wheel of Yoga teacher diploma.
I have been teaching yoga since 2006 and started my regular classes at Norton Disney Village Hall in January 2007.
Having been fortunate enough to have trained with nationally and internationally recognised tutors, I still enjoy attending courses to continue my development of technique and understanding.
I have undertaken specialist training to present yoga for those in prison and have held specialist classes for a range of different conditions including for those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and people with mental health problems. I am always happy to tailor my programme to an individual's or group's needs.
So, if you think yoga could help you, please get in touch.
